Services Provided

PottersTouch LLC provides:

  • In-home healthcare services
  • Medical transportation
  • Pediatric and adult nursing care
  • Home health aide services
  • Care coordination services

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate medical and personal information
  • Following prescribed care plans
  • Maintaining a safe environment for care provision
  • Timely payment for services rendered
  • Notifying us of changes in condition or needs

Service Limitations

Our services are provided within the scope of our licensing and certification. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

  • Services are beyond our scope of practice
  • Client safety cannot be ensured
  • Payment terms are not met
  • Client or family behavior is inappropriate or threatening

Billing and Payment

Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. We accept various forms of payment and work with most insurance providers.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled by either party with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Emergency situations may require immediate service changes.

Liability

PottersTouch LLC maintains appropriate professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the scope of services provided and applicable law.
